Biography
Born on December 11th, 1961 in Shalkode settlement in the Narynkolsky district of the Almaty region. She is Kazakh by nationality and has a higher education. She graduated from the East Kazakhstan Regional University specialising in “Legal Science”.
Bakhytkul Temirkhanovna started her professional career in 1978 in the system of public institutions: laboratory technician, chief specialist of personnel department, acting chief of personnel department in the Almaty Veterinary Research Institute.
From January 1989 to June 1992, she worked as a nursery assistant in Romashka nursery in the town of Shemonaikha, Shemonaikhinsky district of the East Kazakhstan region. From March 1993 to August 1996 she worked as personnel specialist in the fire department OPPO-4 in the town of Shemonaikha, Shemonaikhinsky district of the East Kazakhstan region.
Since 2009 she has been working in the civil service. From December 1st, 2011 to September 16th, 2013 she worked as chief specialist of the Department for Control, Documentation, Information Services and Public Services of the Shemonaikhinsky district Akim’s Office. On September 16th 2013 she has been appointed as head of the Unified Personnel Service of the Shemonaikhinsky district Akim's Office.
