Biography
Aldiyar Meyrambekuly Tokenov was born on March 6, 1995, in Semey, East Kazakhstan Region, Republic of Kazakhstan.
He holds higher education degrees. In 2015, he graduated from the Rymbek Baisseitov Semey Financial and Economic College with a degree in Information Systems. In 2019, he graduated from the Kazakh University of Ways of Communication with a degree in Accounting and Auditing. In 2024, he earned a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Alikhan Bokeikhan University.
He began his professional career in 2015 as an Inspector at the Department of Land Relations of the City of Semey, East Kazakhstan Region.
From June 2021, he worked in the Office of the Akim of the City of Semey, serving in the Department of Information Technologies and Monitoring of Public Services. During this period, he held the positions of Acting Chief Specialist, Chief Specialist, and Chief Inspector.
From October 2022 to July 2026, he served as Chief Inspector of the Department of Information Technologies and Monitoring of Public Services at the Office of the Akim of the City of Semey, Abai Region.
Since July 8, 2026, he has been serving as the Head of the Department of Information Technologies and Monitoring of Public Services at the Office of the Akim of the City of Semey, Abai Region.
