Biography
Natalia Nikolaevna Kislaya was born on June 18, 1993 in Semey, East Kazakhstan region.
In 2013, she graduated from the College of Geodesy and Cartography with a degree in Geodesy and Cartography.
In 2018, she graduated from the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Siberian State University of Geosystems and Technologies" (Novosibirsk) majoring in Geodesy and Remote Sensing.
In 2025, she graduated from Alikhan Bokeikhan University with a degree in Actual Problems of Law.
From August 2013 to April 2014, he was a land management technician at ADRUS LLP.
From July 2014 to September 2017, he was a land management technician at Land Law Relations LLP.
From July 2018 to March 2022, he was the Chief specialist of the Project Documentation Approval Sector at the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of Semey City, East Kazakhstan Region.
From April 2020 to March 2022, he was the chief specialist of the Architecture and Urban Planning sector of the State Institution Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of Semey, East Kazakhstan Region.
From April 2022 to October 2023, he was the chief specialist of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of Semey, Abai Region.
From November 2023 to June 2024, he was the chief specialist of the Housing Monitoring Department of the Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning of the Abai region.
From July 2024 to July 2025, he was the head of the Housing Monitoring Department of the Abai Regional Construction Department.
From August 2025 to April 2026, he was Deputy Head of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning in Semey, Abai region.
From April 27, 2026 to the present — Head of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the city of Semey, Abai region.
