Biography
Zhumadilov Serik Dulatovich, was born on October 26, 1987 in Ayaguz, Semipalatinsk region, Kazakh nationality. Higher education, in 2009 he graduated from Semipalatinsk state University named after Shakarim, majoring in Economics, in 2011 he graduated from Semipalatinsk state University named after Shakarim, majoring in Law.
He started his career in 2006 at the Semipalatinsk Department Center for Sanitary and Epidemiological Expertise in Railway Transport as an accountant-economist. From 2009 to 2023, he worked in the State Institution "Apparatus of Akim of Semey".
In the Office of the Akim of Semey, he held various positions, from 2017 to 2023, head of the department of organizational and inspection work.
On May 12, 2023, he was appointed Head of the Department of Employment, Social Programs and Civil Registration of the city of Semey
