Aidarkhanov Arslan Aslanuly

Arslan Aslanuly Aidarkhanov was born on July 16, 1984 in the village of Koktobe, May district, Pavlodar region. He has a higher education: graduated from the Innovative Eurasian University with a degree in Industrial Thermal Power Engineering in 2006, and from the Innovative Eurasian University with a degree in Law in 2013.

He started his career on September 19, 2006 as a maintenance engineer for Pavlodarenergo JSC in the city of Pavlodar.
From October 2008 to November 2010, he held the position of head of the military recruitment and conscription department of the State Institution "Department of Defense of the May district" in the city of Pavlodar.
From November 2010 to December 2010, he worked as the head of the military recruitment and conscription department of the State Institution "Department of Defense of the city of Pavlodar".
From December 2010 to January 2011, he was an assistant to the head of the Department of Mobilization Training and Territorial Defense of the State Institution "United Department of Defense of the City of Aksu".
From January to March 2011, he held the position of head of the department for the recruitment of military personnel under contract and conscription of the State Institution "Joint Department for Defense Affairs of the city of Aksu".
From March 2011 to November 2018, he served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the city of Pavlodar.
From January to March 2019, he worked as Deputy Director of Technical Affairs at KazFactor LLP in Astana.
From April to December 2019, he worked as a driver for Fuel and Transport Company LLP in the city of Pavlodar.
From February 2020 to July 2021, he held the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Highways of the city of Pavlodar.
From September to November 2021, he worked as Deputy Head of the Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Highways of the Pavlodar Region.
From December 2021 to June 2022, he was the head of the Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Highways of the city of Aksu.
From July to October 2022, he worked as a leading specialist in the office of the akim of Michurinsky rural district of Pavlodar region.
From October 2022 to October 2023, he held the position of head of the Department of the real sector of the economy of the Maysky district of the Pavlodar region.
From November 2023 to August 2025, he was the head of the engineering and communication infrastructure sector of the State Institution "Department of Housing Inspection and Communal Services of the city of Pavlodar".
From August 2025 to May 2026, he held the position of head of the State Institution "Department of Housing Inspection and Communal Services of the city of Pavlodar".
From May 22, 2026 to the present, Head of the Department of Housing and Communal Services in Semey, Abai region.
