Okhremenko Sergey Vladimirovich

Born on January 2, 1974 in the city of Zyryanovsk, East Kazakhstan region. Russian nationality.
In 1998 he graduated from East Kazakhstan State University with a degree in law. In 2005 he graduated from East Kazakhstan State Technical University named after D. Serikbaev specializing in land cadastre and real estate valuation.

He began his career in 1991 as a student of the electric light at the Palace of Culture and Technology of the city of Zyryanovsk.
He entered the civil service in 1999. Prior to his appointment on June 3, 2016 to the post of head of the legal department of the State Administration “Akim of the Zyryanovsky District”, he worked as a state inspector of labor and social protection of the population, leading specialist - lawyer of the administration of the akim of the Zyryanovsky District - the city of Zyryanovsk, head of the Zyryanovsky District Department for Land Management, lawyer of LLP "Solovievsky Niva and K", the chief specialist of the department of land relations of the Zyryanovsky district.
