Eleusizova Saltanat Mautkanovna was born on February 09, 1987 in the village of Novoberezovka, Bolshenarymsky district, East Kazakhstan region. He has two higher educations in the specialty "Geography" and "Finance".

She started her career in 2009 as a geography teacher at the Solonovskaya Secondary School, in 2010 she worked as a chief specialist at the Office of Akim of Altynbel Rural District.
