Alzhan Yerlan Ibrahimovich

Yerlan Alzhan Born in 1985.

In 2008 he graduated from the Karaganda Institute of Current Education "Bolashak" with a degree in law, in 2014 from Karaganda University "Bolashak" with a degree in finance, in 2018 from the Regional Socio-Innovative University with a degree in Master of Law.

From 2009 to 2011, he worked as a leading specialist in the Department of documentation and Registration of the population of the Department of Justice for the city of Karaganda.
From 2011 to 2012 - Chief Specialist-Secretary of the court session of the Office of the Shetsky District Court No.2 Offices of the Regional Court of the Karaganda region.
From 2012 to 2013 - Chief Specialist of the Department of Investigations and Legal Support of the Antimonopoly Inspectorate of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Protection of Competition in the Karaganda region.
From 2013 to 2014, he was an expert, chief expert of the Office for the Claim Work of the Department of Legal Service of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Protection of Competition (Antimonopoly Agency).
From 2014 to 2019 - Chief Expert, Head of the Department of Control and Claim Work of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies, Protection of Competition and Consumer Rights of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2020 to 2022 – Director of the Investigation Department of the Agency for the Protection and Development of Competition.
On January 9, 2023, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Agency for Protection and Development of Competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
