Biography
Was born in 1978.
In 1999, he graduated from the Kazakh State Law University with a degree in Law, in 2018 - the University of KAZGUU named after M.S. Narikbayev with a degree in Finance.
In 1999, he started his career as a leading specialist of the Ministry of State Revenues of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2001 to 2007 - Senior assistant, Head of the sector of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From January to September 2007 - Advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2008 to 2011 - Deputy Head of the State and Legal Department of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2011 to 2014 - Executive Secretary of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Regulation of Natural Monopolies.
From 2014 to 2017 - Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies and Protection of Competition of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2017 to 2019 - Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies, Protection of Competition and Consumer Rights of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From August 2019 to September 2020 - Chairman of the Committee for Protection and Development of Competition of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
On October 21, 2020, he was appointed First Deputy of the Agency for Protection and Development of Competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
