Biography
Was born in 1986.
In 2005 he graduated from the College of Economics and Law with a Bachelor degree in jurisprudence, in 2008 - from the Almaty Law Academy of KazGUU with a Bachelor degree in jurisprudence, in 2012 - from the Kazakh Engineering, Financial and Banking Academy with a Bachelor degree in economics and business.
From 2008 to 2012, he worked as a chief specialist of the Division for monitoring compliance with legislation and lawsuits of the Almaty Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the regulation of natural monopolies.
From 2012 to 2014 - Chief Expert of the Department of Control and Claims Work of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Regulation of Natural Monopolies
From 2014 to 2015 - Head of the Legal Support of the Legal Department at the Agency for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From July 2015 to December 2015 - Deputy Head of the Department of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies and Protection of Competition of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the city of Almaty.
From December 2015 to October 2020 - Head of the Department of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the city of Almaty.
On October 21, 2020, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Agency for Protection and Development of Competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
