Born on July 04, 1984 in Bostandyk village, Talas district, Zhambyl region.
In 2005, he graduated from Taraz State University named after M. H. Dulati with a degree in construction.
He started his career in 2003-2006 as a locksmith-electrician in the farm "Yrys" in Bostandyk village, Talas district, Zhambyl region.
