Biography
Born on December 09, 1974 in Karakemer village, Zhambyl district, Zhambyl region.
In 1998, he graduated from Taraz State University named after M. H. Dulati with a degree in Hydro-Reclamation.
He started his career in 1992 as a worker at the Karakemer State Farm.
2000-Land inspector in the Office of the Akim of Asa rural district,
2000-2001-land inspector in the Office of the Akim of Ornek rural district,
2001-2003-Hydraulic Engineer at the Karakemer production cooperative,
2003-2004 Chief Specialist of the Zhambyl district land inspection,
In 2006-2008, he worked as an engineer-land surveyor at the Zhambyl subsidiary state enterprise of the Republican state enterprise of the agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for land resources management,
