Biography
Born on July 12, 1969 in Yernazar village, Zhambyl district, Zhambyl region.
In 1988-1993, he graduated from the Almaty zootechnical Veterinary Institute with a degree in zooengineering.
In 2007-2009, he graduated from Zhambyl humanitarian and Technical University with a degree in jurisprudence.
Career:
1986-1988 worker on the Krupskaya collective farm
In 1993-2002, he held various positions.
2002-2010 chief specialist in Orken rural district;
In 2010-2012, akim of Orken rural district;
In 2012-head of the financial and economic Department of the Zhambyl district akimat;
In 2013-2016, akim of Orken rural district;
2016-2017-head of the Internal Policy Department of the Zhambyl district akimat;
In 2017-2018, akim of Orken rural district;
In 2018-2020, chief engineer of ASA-Su;
In 2020-2021, head of the Department of Agriculture of the akimat of Zhambyl district;
In 2021-2022, deputy director of the ASA-Su state enterprise of the Zhambyl district akimat
From August 31, 2022 to the present, he holds the post of Akim of Orken rural district.
