Biography
Born on December 17, 1973 in Asa village, Zhambyl district, Zhambyl region.
In 1995, he graduated from the Zhambyl Hydro-reclamation and Construction Institute with a degree in engineering and economics.
He started his career in 2005 as an accountant in the peasant farm" Berik".
