Biography
She was born on June 20, 1986, in the village of Kokpekty, Kokpekty District, East Kazakhstan Region, Republic of Kazakhstan. Nationality: Kazakh. In 2008, she graduated from Semipalatinsk University named after M.O. Auezov with a degree in Russian Language and Literature, and in 2014 she graduated from Kazakhstan Innovative University with a degree in Law.
She began her career in 2006 as an operator of personal electronic computing machines in the Akimat of the city of Semey, East Kazakhstan Region. In 2011–2012, she worked as a secretary in this institution.
Since 2012, she has held various positions in the Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Highways of the city of Semey: as an inspector, and later as a Chief Specialist in the field of state housing accounting and allocation. In 2015, she was appointed Deputy Head of the Department, where she supervised legal and human resources matters, as well as housing accounting and distribution.
From 2018 to 2021, she continued working as Deputy Head of the Department of Housing and Communal Services and Housing Inspection of the city of Semey. In 2021–2022, she served as Acting Deputy Head of the department and was subsequently confirmed as Deputy Head.
Since January 2022, she worked as Head of the Housing Inspection Department, and since 2023 — as Head of the Department of Housing Relations and Housing Inspection of the city of Semey, Abai Region. From December 2025 to March 2026, she held the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Construction of Abai Region.
From March 30, 2026, to the present, she holds the position of Head of the Department of Housing Relations and Housing Inspection of the city of Semey, Abai Region.
