Маматаев Ерлан Николаевич

Mamataev Yerlan Nikolaevich was born on September 04, 1980 in the village of Zubovsk, Altai district, East Kazakhstan region.

In 2007 he graduated from D.Serikbayev East Kazakhstan State Technical University with a degree in Environmental Engineering with the qualification of environmental engineer, in 2018 from Kazakh Humanitarian and Legal Innovation University, jurisprudence.

He started his career in 2001 as a watchman in the "Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population" of the city of Zyryanovsk.
2003-2004 operational duty officer of the 2nd category of the Zyryanovsky city Emergency Department, in 2004 he was appointed chief specialist of the operational department of the Zyryanovsky city Emergency Department. From January 2005 to April 2006, the chief specialist of the Department of Emergency Response, Forces and Means and event planning, training preparation of the Zyryanovsky City Emergency Department, in 2006 was appointed head of this department.
2008-2011, Chief Specialist of the Department of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Emergency Department of the Zyryanovsky district.
From 2011 to 2016, he worked as the chief specialist of the Labor Relations Control Department - the state labor inspector of the Department of the State Labor Inspectorate of the East Kazakhstan Region.
In 2016, he was appointed head of the department of organizational work "Office of the Akim of the Altai district", in the same year deputy head of the "Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport, highways and Housing Inspection of the Zyryanovsky district".
2017-2021 Head of the State Institution "Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of the Zyryanovsky district".
Since July 2021, Akim of the Nikolsky rural district.
