Tulegenov Agybay Rustemovich

Tulegenov Agybay Rustemovich was born on February 28, 1981 in the village of Shieli, Kyzylorda region.

Ethnic Kazakh. In 1998 he graduated from the secondary school named after Y. Zhakayev in Shieli village
He entered the Seikhun Institute in Kyzylorda, and in 2002 graduated from the Kyzylorda Seikhun Academy 
with a degree in economics and finance. In 2002-2003 he served in the military unit №5570 in Astana. 
In 2005-2007 he graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University with a degree in law.
He began his career in 2005-2006 as an instructor in the Department of Economy and Budget Planning of Shieli district.
From 2006 to 2007 he was a leading specialist in the financial department of Shieli district.
From 2007 to 2013, the chief specialist in this department was the chief accountant.
On August 2, 2013 by the order of akim of the district №247-О he was appointed head of the financial department of Shieli district and still works.
