Saparbay Nariman Kulakmetovich

Saparbay Narman Kulakmetovich was born on January 13, 1981 in the village of Enbekshi, Shieli district, Kyzylorda region. Nationality Kazakh. 
Higher education. In 1997 he entered the Kazakh State Institute of Physical Culture and in 2001 graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of 
Sports and Tourism with a degree in Greco-Roman wrestling and physical education teacher. In 2001-2002 he served in the Armed Forces of Kazakhstan.

He began his career in 2002-2005 as a coach of Greco-Roman wrestling at the Shieli district school for children and youth.

From 2005 to 2007 he worked as a physical education teacher at №26 schools in Almaty.

From 2008 to 2012 he worked as a deputy for educational work at the Kazakh secondary school Еңбек159 "Enbekshi" in Enbekshi village, Shieli district.

From 2008 to 2010 he worked as a coach of Greco-Roman wrestling at the Shieli district school for children and youth sports.

Since January 17, 2012 he has been working as the head of the district department of physical culture and sports.
