Berkimbayev Nurzhan Kenzhebekovich was born on March 22, 1976 in Iirkol rural council of Shieli district, Kyzylorda region. Nationality Kazakh. 
Higher education. In 1983-1993 he studied at the secondary school №149 "Kyzyl-Tu" in the village Y. Zhakhaev Shieli district and received a ten-year 
secondary education. In 1993 he entered the Almaty Industrial College. In 1994 he entered the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a 
secondary special educationIn 1994-1996 he served in the operative regiment of the military unit ішкі5485 of the Internal Troops located in 
Shymkent under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. While serving in the army, he took a sergeant course in the 
military unit 506506, which trains junior commanders, and received the rank of junior sergeant. After receiving the rank of sergeant, he served 
in the military unit 45485 as a unit commander, deputy platoon commander.While serving in the army, he volunteered in 1995 as a unit commander 
on behalf of the KAZBAT Battalion of the Peacekeeping Forces of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He served in the military unit 
№2547 at a hot spot in the gorge Pshihavr. In 1996, while serving on the Tajik-Afghan border, I was awarded the military rank of sergeant and

and Technical University and graduated from the second higher education by correspondence with the qualification "Economics" and the academic degree BACHELOR.

He began his career in 2000-2003 as a dispatcher in the Shieli district subsidiary of the Kyzylorda regional municipal state enterprise on the right 
of economic management "Passenger". In 2003-2006, due to structural changes, he worked as a senior dispatcher at the district municipal state 
enterprise "Shieli-Zholaushy" on the right of economic management.From 2006 to 2006 he worked in the civil service on a competitive basis. In 2009 he worked as 
a chief specialist, in 2009-2010 he worked as a sector manager in this department. In 2010-2012 he was transferred to the state institution "Akim's Office of Shieli district" and
 appointed chief specialist of the department of organization and personnel work.From 2013 to 2016 he worked as a chief inspector of the department of 
organizational and inspection work of the state institution of Shieli district akim's office. From 2016 to the present he has been working as the 
head of the department of mobilization training and territorial defense of the municipal state 
institution "Akim's Office of Shieli district" and is still working.Member of the Public Association of Combat Operations and Peacekeeping 
Operations of the Republic of Kazakhstan "KAZBAT". I was awarded one Order of Merit and several military medals. Among them: "For Courage and Courage", 
"Veteran of Action", "For Military Merit", "Participant of local conflicts", "For service on the Tajik-Afghan border", "For special services" and
