Biography
Ashirbekov Murat Shaitmaganbetovich was born on January 1, 1973 in the village of Sh. Kodamanov, Shieli district, Kyzylorda region. Nationality Kazakh. Higher education. In 1990-1995 he graduated from the Kazakh Agricultural Institute of the Order of the Red Banner of Labor in Almaty with a degree in agronomy.

In 1990-1995 he graduated from the Kazakh Agricultural Institute of the Order of the Red Banner of Labor in Almaty with a degree in agronomy. He began his career in 1995 as a collective farmer in the Revolutionary collective farm, Shieli district.From 1996 to 2000 he worked as an accountant on a collective farm in this village.
From 2000 to 2003 he worked as a junior agronomist.
From 2003 to 2007 he worked as a production foreman of "Kaptagai-K" LLP in the village of Tonkeris.
From July 2007 to July 2010 he worked as a phytopathologist of the Shieli district branch of the Republican Methodological Center for Phytosanitary Diagnosis and Forecasting in Shieli village.
2010 - 2018 Akim of the Revolutionary Rural District.
Since March 2018, he has been the head of the municipal state institution "Department of Agriculture of Shieli district."
