Biography
Kosabaev Shalkar Zhakanuly, born in 1971, Kazakh, has a higher education, graduated from Kostanay Agricultural Institute in 1994 with a degree in economics.
Shalkar Zhakanuly has been working in the civil service for 15 years.
He began his career in 1988 as a construction site worker at the I.Altynsarin State farm. From 1994 to 2003 he worked in various positions in commercial organizations. From 2003 to 2004 he worked as a leading specialist of the Arkalyk City Department of Agriculture. From August 2004 to October 2011, he worked as a chief specialist - chief controller - auditor in the Financial Control Inspectorate of Kostanay region.
From October 2011 to November 2017, he worked as the head of the Expenditure audit Department in the Audit Commission for Kostanay region. From November 2017 to March 2019, he worked as deputy head of the State Institution "Department of Culture of the Akimat of Kostanay region".
Since March 2019, he has been appointed to the position of a member of the Audit Commission for the Kostanay region.
In 2018, by the decision of the National Commission for Certification of Persons, the qualification "State Auditor" was awarded.
Kosabayev Sh.Zh. was awarded the medal "Karzhi sakhysy" of the III degree, the diploma of the akim of Kostanay region.
