Ispudinov Arman Zhaksybekovich

Ispudinov Arman Zhaksybekovich graduated from Kostanay State University named after A. Baitursynov in 1998 with a degree in economics and marketing, in 2013 he graduated from this university with a degree in law.

A graduate of the National School of Public Policy of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in 2016 he graduated from the Academy with a degree in Political Science.

He started his career in September 1998 as a tax inspector of the Department of taxation of personal income of the Tax Committee for the city of Lisakovsk. From 1998 to 2002, he worked in positions from inspector to head of department in the tax committee for the city of Lisakovsk.

In the period from 2002 to 2011, he worked in various positions from chief specialist to head of department in the tax Department of Kostanay region.

In 2010, he was awarded the title of "Excellent Student of the Tax Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

Since 2011, he worked as the head of the Interregional Department for Kostanay and North Kazakhstan regions "Tobol" of the Committee for Work with Insolvent Debtors of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2011 to 2012, he worked as Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Work with Insolvent Debtors of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Astana.

From 2012 to 2013, he worked as the head of the State Institution "Department of the Committee for Work with Insolvent Debtors in Kostanay region" of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since 2013, he has been a member of the Audit Commission for Kostanay region.

In 2016, he was awarded the qualification of "State Auditor".

In 2018, he was elected a member of the Board of the Alumni Club of the National School of Public Policy.

In 2019, the Accounting Committee for Control over the Execution of the republican budget awarded the qualification of "State Auditor of the highest category".

He was awarded honorary diplomas of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. For excellent studies and active social activity, twice in 2016 and 2021 he was awarded honorary diplomas of the Rector of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
