Kostyukov Dmitry Anatolyevich

He was born on January 30, 1979 in the city of Rudny, Kostanay region. In 2000 he graduated from Kostanay State University named after A.Baitursynov with a degree in "Accountant, auditor in agribusiness".

He began his career in September 2000 as a senior counter of the Naurzum district Department of Statistics, Karamendy village, then from January to June 2001 as a specialist of this institution. From June 2001 to February 2004, he worked as a leading and chief specialist in the budget department of the Naurzum District Finance Department, Karamendy village. He worked as a chief specialist in the period from March to June 2004 in the accounting and reporting department of Kostanay Regional Financial Management, P. Zatabolsk, from June to December 2004 in the Department of financing of educational institutions, State Institution "Department of Finance of Kostanay region".

From January 2005 to August 19, 2011, he worked in various positions from chief specialist to Deputy Head in the State Institution "Department of Economics and Budget Planning of Kostanay region", State Institution "Department of Finance of Kostanay region".

In the period from August 2011 to March 2019, he worked as a member of the Audit Commission for the Kostanay region. On March 5, 2019, by the decision of the Kostanay regional Maslikhat, he was appointed Chairman of the Audit Commission for the Kostanay region.

In 2016, he was awarded the qualification of "State Auditor".

In 2017, he was enrolled in the personnel reserve of the administrative state service of the corps "A".

Kostyukov D.A. was awarded the badge "20th anniversary of Constitution Day", diplomas of Kostanay regional Maslikhat in 2011, 2016 and Akim of Kostanay region in 2013, 2018, letters of thanks from the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption in Kostanay region and Kostanay regional branch of the Nur Otan party in 2017.
