Baigabulov Ruslan Satvaldaevich

Ruslan Satvaldaevich Baigabulov was born in 1976, has a higher education, graduated from Kostanay Agricultural Institute in 1997 with a degree in accounting economics.

Ruslan Satvaldaevich began his career in 1990 as a worker at the sovkhoz "Rovesnik". In 1998, he was appointed to the position of a leading specialist of the Tax Committee for the Kostanay region, since 1999 he has held the positions of senior, chief specialist, head of the department. In November 2007, he was appointed Commercial Director of Most Kazakhstan LLP in Kostanay. Since April 2008, he has been working as a specialist, head of department, leading specialist in Kazakhstan Collektor Company LLP. In June 2010, he was appointed director in the territorial division of Kazakhstan Collektor Company.

Since January 2012, he has been working at the State Audit Commission for Kostanay Region as a chief specialist of the Department of Control of Social expenditures, then in March 2012 he was transferred to the position of chief specialist of the Department of control of local budget revenues and asset use. From July 2014 to December 2017, he worked as the head of the Audit department of local budget revenues and asset utilization. Since December 2017, he has been appointed a member of the Audit Commission for Kostanay region.

R.S. Baigabulov was awarded the diploma of the secretary of Kostanay regional Maslikhat in 2013, was awarded the diploma of the Trade union Committee of the Audit Commission in 2014, and was awarded the diploma of the Akim of Kostanay region in 2015. In 2017, he was awarded the "Karzhi Sakhysy" medal of the III degree.
