Biography
Born on February 23, 1965.
In 1990 he graduated from the Kazakh Chemical and Technical Institute with a degree in Electrothermal Production Technology, in 1992 he graduated from the Academy of the USSR National Security Committee, in 2003 he graduated from the M.H.Dulati Taraz State University with a degree in jurisprudence, in 2013 he graduated from the Engineering and Humanities University of Western Kazakhstan with a degree in Economics and Business.
On january 22, 2022, he was appointed Director of the Municipal State Institution "Specialized operational service "Sapsan" of the Department of natural resources and environmental management of the akimat of Zhambyl region".
