Born on February 23, 1965.
In 1989, he graduated from the Dzhambul technological Institute of light and food industry with a degree in leather and fur technology. in 2010, he graduated from Kainar University with a degree in Law.
Since 2014, he has been working in the field of forestry. On December 18, 2014, he was appointed Director of the Municipal State Institution «Sarysu institution for the protection of forests and wildlife of the Department of natural resources and environmental management of the akimat of Zhambyl region».
