Born on March 1, 1976.
In 2014, he graduated from the Kazakh National Agrarian University with a degree in forest resources and forestry.
Since 2003, he has been working in the field of forestry. On January 08, 2016, he was appointed Director Of the municipal State institution "Kokterek institution for the protection of forests and wildlife of the Department of natural resources and environmental management of the akimat of Zhambyl region".
