Born on July 02, 1970.
In 1996, he graduated from the Kazakh order of the red banner of Labor agricultural Institute with a degree in Forestry engineering.
Since 1993, he has been working in the field of forestry. On September 01, 2020, he was appointed Director of The municipal state institution «Buryl-Baytal institution for the protection of forests and wildlife of the Department of natural resources and environmental management of the akimat of Zhambyl region».
