Nauryzbayev Abylaykhan Dagistanovich

Abylaykhan Nauryzbayev is a native of Atyrau region. He graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in state and local administration. He also has a master's degree from the Academy of Public Administration under the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

He started his career in 2011 in the local executive bodies of the city of Aktobe, Aktobe region.

In 2013-2018, he worked in the Department of the agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and anti-corruption in Aktobe region.

In 2018-2021, he worked as an expert, Chief Expert, chief consultant in the central office of the agency for Civil Service affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Prior to his appointment to the new position, he worked as deputy head of the Department of the agency for Civil Service affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Atyrau region, head of the Secretariat of the Ethics Council.
