Bibitova Miramkul Malaevna was born on March 8, 1973 in the village of Ayteke bi of the Kazalinsky district of the Kyzylorda region.

She started her career as a cook in the consumer society of Kazaly, Kyzylorda region. From 1992 to 1999, she worked as a court secretary, clerk, bailiff in the Kazalinsky District Court.
