Zhakupov Arsen Abzalovich

Born June 4, 1993. Graduated from Zhetysu State University named after. I. Zhansugurova, Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the University of York (UK) under the Bolashak program. He completed foreign internships at the DBB Academy (Germany, Berlin), as well as at the School of Public Administration. Mohammed ibn Rashid (UAE, Dubai).

He began his career as a leading specialist (lawyer) in the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the city of Taldykorgan.

From 2015 to 2016, leading specialist in the architectural and planning sector of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the city of Taldykorgan, leading specialist in the Administration of the Akim of the Narynkol rural district.

From 2016 to 2018, leading specialist of the public services department of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption in the Almaty Region.

From 2018 to 2019, chief specialist of the control department in the field of civil service of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption in the Almaty Region.

From 2019 to 2020, chief expert of the department of socio-political work of the Committee for Civil Society Affairs of the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2020 to 2022, head of the department for the development of the principles of public participation and openness in government bodies of the Department for the Development of Communications of State and Society of the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2022 to 2023, representative of the Commissioner for Human Rights for the Pavlodar region.

Since October 2023, head of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the Almaty region.
