Biography
Graduated from the Karaganda Institute of Current Education «Bolashak» with a degree in political science.
Graduated from the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz specialty «jurisprudence».
The work experience for civil service is more than 13 years.
He started his career in 2008 in the Department of Internal Policy of the Karaganda region as a leading specialist, where he also held the position of chief specialist.
He has been working in the Agency's system since October 2011, during which he worked as a consultant-inspector of the Department for Ensuring the activities of the Disciplinary Council of the Agency's Department for the Karaganda Region, chief expert and chief consultant of the central office.
From August 2017 to October 2019, he held the position of Head of the Offices of the Civil Service of the Agency.
Since October 2019, Deputy Director of the Department of the Civil Service.
In 2021-2022 he held the position of Director of the Civil Service Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs.
From July 2022 to the present, he holds the position of Head, Chairman of the Ethics Council of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the Aqmola region
