Biography
Rakhymbayev Adlet Bakhytzhanovich was born on 17 November 1991.
He graduated from the Kazakh Engineering and Financial-Banking Academy in 2014.
He began his professional career in 2015 as a Specialist at Altyn Adam Agency LLP.
From 2015 to 2017, he worked as a Specialist at Intercomp Outsourcing Kazakhstan LLP.
In 2021–2022, he served as Acting Chief Specialist and subsequently Chief Specialist at the Department of Agro-Industrial Complex of the Entrepreneurship and Investment Department of the City of Almaty.
From 2022 to 2023, he held the position of Head of the Department of External Relations and Innovation at the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs “Atameken” of the City of Almaty.
In 2023–2024, he worked as Acting Chief Specialist and later Chief Specialist at the Department of Budget Planning in the Sphere of the State Apparatus, Defense, and Law Enforcement Agencies of the Finance Department of the City of Almaty.
From 2024 to 2025, he served as Chief Specialist and Chief Inspector at the Department of Organizational and Control Work of the Office of the Akim of Almaty.
Since November 2025, he has been serving as Head of the Department of Organizational and Control Work at the Office of the Akim of Almaty.
