Shamshiyev Nursultan Ravkatuly

Biography
Shamshiyev Nursultan Ravkatuly was born on 26 August 1997.
He graduated from the Republican College of Sports in 2018 with a degree in Physical Culture and Sports, the Kazakh Academy of Sport and Tourism in 2020 with a degree in Physical Culture and Sports, and Alikhan Bokeikhan University in 2024 with a degree in Law.
He began his career in 2019 as a sports instructor.
In subsequent years, he held various positions within the akimats of Zhambyl District and Almaty Region, as well as the Medeu District of Almaty.
He progressed professionally from a chief specialist to a head of department in the field of physical culture and sports in Zhambyl District and within the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of Almaty Region.
He served as an assistant to the First Deputy Akim of Almaty Region, overseeing social sector issues, including sports, culture, education, and social protection.
Since 2025, he has been serving as the Head of the Social Development Department of the Akimat of Almaty, overseeing issues related to ecology, healthcare, sports, social policy, and employment.
