Madeeva Anar Akylbekovna was born on March 15, 1981. In 2004, she graduated from the Kazakh National Medical University with a degree in medicine, in 2012 – from the Almaty Academy of Economics and Statistics with a degree in finance, in 2018 – from the Graduate School of Public Health with a degree in public health.
