Abdildina Meruert Zhaksylykovna was born on April 26, 1968 in the village of Karakol, Ayagoz district, Semipalatinsk region. In 1983 she graduated from secondary school No. 3 in the city of Ayagoz. In 1983 she entered the Semipalatinsk Fur College, specializing in accounting and graduated in 1986.
