Biography
Talgat Razakovich Bokenbayev was born on 02/20/1966.
From 1973 to 1983 he studied at the secondary school with .Zhanatalap.
In 1983, he entered the Taldykorgan Construction College.
After the first year, from 1984 to 1986, he served in the army.
After the army, he continued his studies at the Taldykorgan Construction College – from 1986 to 1988.
After college, he started working - 1988-1996. He worked at the state farm named after 60 years of the USSR, the village of "Zhastalap" as a master, foreman of the construction site.
From 1996 to 2002, he worked at the Daubai Farm as a deputy.directors.
From 2005 to 2013, he worked at the Taldykorgan GKP as a specialist.
From 2018 - 2021 in the State Enterprise "Karatal Taza su" as chief engineer.
