Biography
Nesipbayev Nurlanbek Balykbaevich was born on April 22, 1956 in the village of Bostan, Kerbulak district, Taldykorgan region. In 1963, I went to the first grade of the eight-year school "1st May" in the village of Kokpekty, Karatal district, Taldykorgan region.She graduated from the 10th grade In Zhanatalap secondary school. In 1974-1976 he served in the army.
After joining the army, I worked as a construction master at the State Farm "May 1" until 1984.In 1983, I graduated from the Faculty of Philology of the Taldykorgan Pedagogical Institute in absentia.Since July 1984, I worked as a correspondent,head of the Department,Executive Secretary of the karatal district newspapers "Kommuniz Zholy", "way to kommunismu". From 1998 to 2002, I was the editor-in-chief of the district newspaper" Karatal". From 2002 to 2007, I worked as an executive director of the Republican publishing house "Kitap".Then I became a correspondent for the Karatal district newspaper "Bastau", and since January 26, 2020 I have been running the newspaper "Karatal".
