Ispanov Ilyas Saparbekuly

Ispanov Ilyas Saparbekovich was born on January 1, 1976 in the South Kazakhstan region.

Graduated from the Institute of the Market at the Kazakh State Academy of Management, Yasawi International Kazakh-Turkish University.

Candidate of Economic Sciences.

He was awarded the Order "Kurmet", the badge "Honorary Employee of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan", the badge of honor of the Union of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Ush biy".

He started his career in 1993 in the banking sector: AB "Ak-Bastau", RCC "National Bank", JSC "Temirbank" Saryagash, South Kazakhstan region.

From 1999 to 2002, he worked as a chief specialist of the expert and analytical department, assistant to the Akim of the South Kazakhstan region.

From 2002 to 2006, he was an Assistant to the Chairman of the Customs Control Agency, First Deputy Head of the Customs Control Department of Astana, Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Work with Insolvent Debtors of the Ministry of Finance.

From 2006 to 2009, he held the positions of administrator of the courts of Astana, First Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Judicial Administration at the Supreme Court.

From 2009 to 2013 he worked as the Director of the Department of Finance, Informatization and Protection of Information Resources of the Prosecutor General's Office.

From 2013 to 2016, he was the head of the Department for Ensuring the Activities of the Courts of the Supreme Court.

From 2016 to 2019, he held the position of akim of the city of Aktobe.

From 2019 to 2021, he was Chairman of the Committee on State Material Reserves of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

From 2021 to 2022 he worked in the private sector.

From 2022 to 2023, he held the positions of Deputy Chairman, Acting Chairman of the Migration Committee of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.

Since October 2023, he has been appointed Director of the Finance Department of the Prosecutor General's Office.
