Biography
Vitaliy Nikolaevich Shaber was born on August 4, 1978 in the town of Shemonaiha of the Shemonaiha district of the East Kazakhstan region. In 2000 he graduated from the Faculty of Law of the East Kazakhstan State University.
He has the class rank of senior adviser of Justice.
He began his service in the prosecutor's office in 2002 in the Shemonaikhinsky district of the East Kazakhstan region, since 2004 he has worked in the regional office of the Prosecutor's Office of the East Kazakhstan region.
From 2007 to 2008 - Deputy Head of the Department for Supervision of the legality of judicial decisions on criminal cases of the Prosecutor's Office of the East Kazakhstan region.
From 2008 to 2010 he worked as a deputy prosecutor of Ust-Kamenogorsk Prosecutor's Office of the East Kazakhstan region.
In 2010 - 2014 - Prosecutor of Ridder city of the Prosecutor's Office of the East Kazakhstan region.
From 2014 to 2016, he held the position of prosecutor of the Zyryanovsky district of the Prosecutor's Office of the East Kazakhstan region.
In the period 2016-2021 – Deputy, First Deputy Prosecutor of the East Kazakhstan region.
From 2021 to 2023 he worked as the first deputy prosecutor of the Karaganda region.
In 2023, he was appointed head of the Department for Supervision of the Legality of Operational Investigative, Counterintelligence Activities and Covert Investigative Actions of the Prosecutor General's Office.
