работаK. Katubekov Murathan Aldibekovich was born in 1967 in Yntaly village of Konyrolen district. In 1974-1982, he studied at an eight-year school in Yntaly village, and in 1984, he graduated from a ten-year school in aulieagash village.

He started his career in 1985 as a farm worker in Yntaly village of Panfilovsky district. In 1985-1987, he served in the Soviet army.In 1987, he entered the cultural and educational school in Sarkan, where he graduated in 1990. Since January 1991, he worked as a methodologist at the House of culture in Konyrolen Village, Panfilovsky district. From September 1991 to September 1996, she worked as a teacher of the Konyrolen children's music school, and contributed to the development of rural culture as a singer and Instrumentalist of the folk ensemble "Nazkonyr" of the rural house of culture. In 1996, he worked as a theater director of the District House of culture, in 1998-as a singer, instrumentalist of the folk song and dance ensemble "Zharkent auenderi", artistic director of the folk song and dance ensemble "Zharkent auenderi". In 2001, he worked as a leading specialist in the field of culture of the Office of the Akim of Panfilovsky district, from 2003 to 2005-chief specialist of the District Department of culture and sports, from 2005-2011-Chief Specialist of the District Department of culture and language development, from 2011-2012-Chief Specialist of the District Department of internal policy, culture and language development, until March 2012-2018-Chief Specialist of the Department of culture and language development of Panfilovsky district. Since March 6, 2018, he has been working as the director of the state enterprise "District House of culture of the panfilovsky district akimat".
