Molbaeva Nurgul Nursultanovna, was born on 03.10.1978 in the Almaty region in the Kurtinsky district /now Ili district / in the village of Akshi. She studied at the V.I.Lenin secondary school in the village of Akshi, in 1992, in connection with the move, she further studied at the Yu.A.
