Biography
Kasteev Turarkhan Bakhyshovich was born on February 5, 1977 in Sarybel village of Panfilovsky, Almaty region. After graduating from the Kobikov secondary School in 1994, he entered the Kokchetav Pedagogical University named after Sh.Ualikhanov, graduated in 1998 with a degree in Kazakh language and literature.
In 1998-1999, he worked as a teacher at the Kokchetav Pedagogical University named after Sh.Ualikhanov, 1999-2001 Chief specialist of the Department of Education of the Panfilov district, 2001-2006 Deputy head of the Department of Education, then Chief specialist of the Department of Sports and Physical Culture of the Panfilov district, 2006-2007 head of the district Department of Sports and Physical Culture of the Panfilov district, 2007-2010 director of the Satay Batyr Secondary school of the Panfilov district, 2010-2014 Head of the Department of Education of the Kerbulak district of the Almaty region.
On August 21, 2014, he was appointed Head of the Department of Education of the Panfilov district.
He is married and has two children.
