    Biography

    Mutalieva Gulnar Nurakhunovna was born in 1971 in Zharkent, Panfilov district, Almaty region. In 1971-1978 she studied at the I.Altynsarin School in Zharkent. In 1993 she graduated from Taldykorgan Pedagogical Institute with a degree in Russian language and literature at the Kazakh school.

    She started her career in 1993 as a research assistant in the Taldykorgan regional administration. In 1993-1996, she worked as a chief specialist in the Taldykorgan Regional Department of Languages. From 1996 to the present, he has been working as the head of the general department of the Akim of the Panfilovsky district
