Born on February 22, 1991 in Togyztarau village, Zhualyn district, Zhambyl region.
In 2008-2012, he graduated from Taraz State University named after M. H. Dulati with a degree in state and local administration, in 2013-2015 - Taraz State University named after M. H. Dulati with a degree in law.
