Biography
Born on December 16, 1961 in Asa village, Zhambyl district, Zhambyl region.
In 1985, he graduated from Zhambyl Technological Institute of light and food industry with a degree in Engineering Technology.
He started his career in 1978 as an assistant master at the ASA bread receiving plant.
