Kazbekova Gulzhaz Zhanibekovna

Born in 1986, higher education, graduated in 2008 from the Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications named after M.Tynyshpaeva, specialty "Automation, telemechanics and communication (in transport)", 2019 Aktobe Regional University named after K.Zhubanov, specialty "Economics and Business".

She started her career as an acting Chief Specialist of the Technical Regulation Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation of Natural Monopolies in the Aktobe region in 2008.

From 2009 to 2013, Chief Specialist of the Department of Regulation of Natural Monopolies and Prices of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation of Natural Monopolies in the Aktobe region.

From 2013 to 2017, she worked as the Head of the Technical Regulation Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Regulation of Natural Monopolies in the Aktobe region.

From 2017 to 2019, Chief Specialist of the Department of Regulation of Natural Monopolies and Prices of the Department of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies, Protection of Competition and Consumer Rights of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Aktobe region.

Since 2019, she has held the position of Head of the Department of Organizational Work of the Department of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Aktobe region.

Since November 2020, Deputy Head of the Department of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the West Kazakhstan region.

Since November 2022, she has been appointed Head of the Department of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the West Kazakhstan region.
