Budeneeva Asel Korganbaevna

Asel qudeneeva, born in 1981, higher education, graduated from Kainar University in 2002 with a degree in jurisprudence, Taraz State University named after M. H. Dulati in 2009 with a degree in finance.

From 2002 to 2005, he worked as a leading specialist in the akimat of Sarysu District of Zhambyl region.

In 2006-2009, he was the Chief Specialist of the Office of the Specialized Interdistrict Economic Court of Aktobe region-the secretary of the court session.

In 2010-2019, he worked as an expert and chief expert in the agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation of natural monopolies, Committee for regulation of natural monopolies and protection of competition of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since 2019, he has held the position of head of the Control, claims and legal proceedings Department of the committee for regulation of natural monopolies of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since March 2022, he has been appointed deputy chairman of the committee for regulation of natural monopolies of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2020, he was awarded the Jubilee Medal" 25 years of the Constitution of Kazakhstan".
