Born in 1991, higher education, in 2013 he graduated from the L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University with a Bachelor of Economics and Business degree. In 2015, he graduated from the Master's degree program of the Kazakh University of Economics,Finance and International Trade with a degree in "Master of Economic Sciences".

Career

Born in 1991, higher education, in 2013 he graduated from the L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University with a Bachelor of Economics and Business degree. In 2015, he graduated from the Master's degree program of the Kazakh University of Economics,Finance and International Trade with a degree in "Master of Economic Sciences". From 2013 to 2014, he worked as an inspector of the Accounting Committee for Control over the Execution of the Republican Budget of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Astana.

Since February 2015, he worked as an acting expert of the Expertise Department of the Department of Civil Aviation and Port Regulation of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies and Protection of Competition of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Astana.

Since May 12, 2015, he worked as an expert of the Department for Regulation of Civil Aviation and Ports Industries of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies and Protection of Competition of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Astana.

Since May 18, 2015, in Astana, he worked as an expert of the Department of expertise of regulation of the railway transport industry, the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies and Protection of Competition of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since 2017, he has held the position of chief expert of the Department of expertise of regulation of the railway transport industry of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies and Protection of Competition of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Astana.

Since 2018, he has held the position of head of the expert Department for regulation in the field of railway transport, the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies and Protection of Competition of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Astana.

Since 2019, he has held the position of head of the Department of regulation in the field of railway transport and ports of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the city of Nur-Sultan.

Since February 2021, he has been the head of the Department of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Atyrau region.
