Biography
Bulatbayev Nurlan Nurmukhambetovich was born in 1986. In 2008 he graduated from K. Zhubanov State University with a degree in Economics. In 2010 he graduated from the Kazakh-Russian International University (KRMU) with a degree in Law. Master's student of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan
He started working in government agencies in 2008 on youth practice within the framework of the Roadmap program.
From 2010 to 2012, he worked as a leading specialist of the Interregional Inspection of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Protection of Competition (Antimonopoly Agency) in Aktobe and West Kazakhstan regions.
From 2012 to 2019, he held various positions in the Department of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies and Protection of Competition of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Aktobe region, starting from chief specialist to Deputy head of the department.
From November 2019 to the present, he has worked as the head of the Department of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Aktobe region.
